16 skydivers and a pilot perished when a Cessna 208 crashed during a skydiving flight. The plane lost power at about 300 feet, banked left and plummeted to the ground. Examination revealed that the fuel in the tanks was contaminated with water due to improper storage of the on the ground. Additionally, the plane was overloaded and a stall indicator light had been disabled.
